Seriously, this beauty is an example of why I ever aged a beer at all.2002 De Dolle Oerbier Special Reserva. Just smooth and beautifully balanced between sweetness and tartness. Luscious cherries, plums, vinous, some light alcohol and a whole lot of pleasure.
#beerPro-tip: it doesn’t happen often, but when your 4-yr old asks for tickles, be like me and give her more than she can handle. It’s worth it!

Really enjoying iTunes Radio. Created a station for Basinski’s Cascade, then got Ben Frost, Tim Hecker and other gems. So far, so good.
